Usually, people who advise eating healthy think of greens and vegetables and lots of them.What I'm writing here about is something different and a whole lot tastier.It's almost everyone's favorite;rotisserie chicken.White meats are considered far more healthier than red ones and especially if they are prepared in a rotisserie oven.But to prepare a rotisserie chicken, you don't really need a specialized oven.All you need is a fire a metal rod and a couple of toothpicks and you can have one easily.
But what makes a rotisserie chicken so healthy?It is the fact that the meat is basted in it's own juices, rather than using additional unhealthy oil or grease.But not only chicken can be prepared in such a way; you can do the same with a fish, a turkey and a lot of other types of meat.
